White enamel dial with Arabic markers with outer minute chapter ring in red, dial marked "Tiffany & Co.". Pre-owned with Tiffany & Co. box. Circa 1905-1910 Patek Philippe archive papers on order.
It is very hard to find these watches in this condition and "EXTRA Quality" repeaters are extremely rare. Beautiful toned patina from 50 years in a safe deposit box. This is by far one of the best Patek repeaters we have had the pleasure of selling
